2 bar map not reading right??

    hey guys

weird one here im hoping someone could see an answer too

have a gen III vx ss ls1 here that has delphi 2 bar map sensor + mafless tune in her

we have tuned this thing plenty of times before and all good

after fuel system upgrade to ID1000 injectors and E85, she has started doing somethign strange

took me a while to notice but my map sensor scaling seems to be out

at ign on key off, she is reading around 80 kpa, insted of around 103 which my dyno reads at atmospheric

at idle, my scanner is showing about 40 - 60 kpa, where the dyno is at 75 - 80 kpa

on boost, when my dyno is reading about 7 psi, my scanner is showing 200 kpa

    WTF!!

the dyno is pulling its vacuum source from a port at the rear of manifold where the vehicle map sensor is in the front (ls2 manifold)

    2 bar os is applied

    map sensor linear 200kpa
    map sensor offset 10.33

same figures it has always had?

i have attached a copy of tuen file and config file im using

i think it may be soemthing in the car, but im hoping something silly pops out here to someone else

i have tried a new map sensor and same result

tried measuring resistance on the map wires to the ecu - and even replaced - same result

plugged lappy and scanner onto a few other cars and had normal readings

    any ideas guys?

think i may have it sorted

smoke leak machine showed a few various vac leaks around the place

have repaired a few and already the map readings are falling more in line

gotta finish the rest and see where we end up!
