I'm going to be re-doing my laptop and formating the hard drive. When I go to re install HP Tuner, do I have to re-install ALL the updates on top of the original program in order or can I just install the last update over the original program that is out and I'll be good to go?

Install the last update over the CD version
and you will be good to go.
