Cant tune 2005 3.4 Grand Am

Hi Guys , I made a read entire of a 2005 Grand Am it took 12 min and after that it says that I have to contact HP tuners to tune it , I tried to read it again and now the (prepairing VCM is failing) the vin number is

1G2NE52EX5M171940
