Need some help swaping a 4L60 into a car that had a 4L80. The car starts out in first and will only shift into second. Is this a common problem?? Can somone modify this file?

it is not wired the same at all plus the 4l80e used two VSS inputs for the computer.why would you go backwards the 4l80e is way stronger.

Im on a mobile right now so i cant look at your tune. but you have to segment swap the whole tranny section just go to the bin repo and download the file that best matches yours with a 4l60e and send both to support they will switch the segments and send it back correct. repin your plug and good to go

Thanks for your help. The plugs have been set up for the 4L60 but it just doesn't work
sorry had no software take it the fluid is good and no errors when u scan the tranny, the tune looks fine as far as the tranny looks (for a 4l80e).

You guys selling cheap 4L80E's then? I would keep the 80 over the 60 any day, if you have a good one for sale let me know I might be interested depending on where it is.
