I installed drivers and tried to download 64 bit framework. it was already installed on my puter.....

Post a screenshot of your USB device manager while your MPVI interface is connected to your laptop.

Im having the same issue everyone else is having with windows 7 and framework. I need Easy Msi Editor and cant seen to find a direct link to click on I tried the other links posted in other threads and it leads to nowhere. it keeps asking me to download files I dont need. I have no car until I figure this out....

Why do you need easy msi editor? Sounds like you are doing something wrong.

when I run the CD It says run the framework version 2.0. I have 64 bit. when I install it it says Its already on my puter......

Install the software I posted, no msi editor needed unless you are using a serial style interface.
