Just asking because I've been waiting for a refund from them for the past 6months. No replies to emails, and phone calls are pointless becuase they just keep saying they'll send me back a confirmation email with the refund.
Anybody here dealt with them before?

I've never heard anything but good about them (until recently). I even ordered a set of push rods from them once and got them quickly. But I have seen some posts on other boards in the past few weeks about people getting the run around on parts not delivered.
I've always had great service from them. I usually talk to Shane.

I've bought from Thunder Racing, but it's been several years. I never had any issues.
I bought a cam kit and a few boltons from them about 6 months ago and had it all in less than a week. Great service!!!
thats weird. Any idea what forums they sponsor? If they won't reply to my emails I'm sure they'd reply to me on there..

I've ordered from them over the years, but I haven't needed to recently. Their service when I dealt with them was always great, especially Angie. Perhaps post in the LS1Tech "Sponsor Feedback" forum to apply some public pressure.
I'd agree with the last post, get on LS1Tech under sponsor feedback and post something. All caps and BOLD will help get their attention. Just don't bash them, tell it straight up how it is and I'm sure someone will notice.
