I had my car tuned at a dyno shop and had them email me my tune.
Its a hp tuner file .
I downloaded the demo to check it out and my tune but i get a error.

unable to open file. Index was outside the bounds of the array.

is there something i can do to fix this.

Email support the file or post it here and I'll take a look.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Bill, I got a gift certificate for Summit and want to use it to buy the VCM suite. I don't have a cd drive on my laptop so I was wondering if I downloaded the demo on your link, if I could unlock it with a code or something from the one i am purchasing. Thanks

Yes, we also provide newer software builds via download(the demo software was built about a year ago) for situations such as yours free of charge.

New demo up with the newer net framework 4.0 standard, this should better suit you if you are running win 8, if you are running win 8 give it a shot

    AFAIK The scanner/histograms didn't change with 2.24
However some were getting missing parameters causing issue.
Deleting their file is the OS folder forced scanner to repoll and they could redo their histos.

If you are having a specific issue post it so others can help.

Just an FYI, if you get this error msg:
"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000013). Click on OK to terminate the application."
Then you need to insall .Net Framework 4 on your computer.

I have done it with and without -'s and all cap and no caps. None will work. Got the product from Summit Racing.. I also can not log in as a new customer with my serial/ app key. Any help would great. Thanks.
