I'm thinking about getting HP Tuners, but I would like to know which wideband would work the best with HP tuners.

I use an Auto Meter Elite (Bosch) in a pillar pod through the EGR input via the ECU. Took some doing to get it scaled, but I didn't have the Pro version. My last car had a factory WB.
I suspect you have a Vette?

The NGK is nice, but any wideband with the bosch sensor LSU4.9 is goona work well. I went with the glowshift one, cause I like how the gauges go smoke black when they are off.

It is HIGHLY sensitive to power/ground inadequacies and can fluctuate a lot based on system voltage. Beyond that, the sensor doesn't hold up very well to nitrous or really high power cars, and outside of stoich, it's not reliable.
Here's a wideband test that wasn't sponsored by Innovate.

Go figure, the bullshit test Innovate sponsored showed their wideband was the best... They didn't even use a baseline. FWIW, the NGK AFX is just an AFM-1600 with a modified display and narrower range.

AFX with the NTK sensor. Can't beat the bang for the buck on this unit.
Comparisons with my AFM1000 ($1500 wideband with $400 sensors) they are very close.
I've owned the LM1 back in 2006 and it was decent sold it to get a LC1/XD1 combo for daily monitoring (tuning was done with my AFM1000) , but my LC1 was garbage never worked right, always had issues. Got a AEM gauge for the right price and it works well and is close to my AFM1000, but I do not do tuning off of that unit, just monitoring. The AEM has no way to recalibrate the unit and relies on the sensor calibration resistor, something I do not agree with for long term sensor useful life. None of the ECM-CO products I have used (AFM1000 and A100) use this instead they use the free air calibration method.

When you get the wideband, make sure you set it up and calbrate it. And not just the way the mfg. told you to, follow the link below.

Yes I can verify that since I work for NGK/NTK I have seen multiple AFX kits set up in our dyno cells next to Horriba machines that are north of 15k and the AFX is within a tenth. AFX all the way, also the best in the buisness at 136ms responsoe time! On sale at ngk.com for 259.00 for the whole kit!

So if you hard wire the innovate, does that help out with power/ground inadequacies?
No I toy'd with innovate junk for years and even went as far as adding a capacitor to the internal circuits of my honda tuning computer to smooth out the signal. Tried multiple power sources even off the vehicle and I'll just be straight... they are JUNK. I'll never own another Innovate product... especially after being spoiled by the Haltech dual channel and NGK AFX!
Another FYI, Haltech standalones used to bulk purchase innovate LC1's and resticker them as Halteck for their standalones and the failure rate was so great that they ditched them and designed a new controller specifically for their standalones. I have one of them permanently installed in my Camaro and installed my NGK in the exhaust with the Haltech wideband and the readings were identical! It's also a very good alternative for a wideband. My Dyno Dynamics Dyno came with one as well.
