2008 HHR SS - Electric Fan problem

My electric fan will not turn on at all. I have checked all of the fuses and relays. The fan will run when a jumper wire is run to it.

Can I check anything using HPTuners? Is there a way to turn the fan on and off or see if some reason it is set to off with HPTuners?

Does your car overheat?

Does the fan turn on when using defrost or A/C?

There are fan settings in HPT but if your car is stock then its obviously not the tune.

Go into the VCM Scanner and under the special section for controls you can click buttons all day long to turn fans on/off. amongst other really cool things.
