    ?

I am checking into purchasing hp tuners and am trying to understand the credit's needed for each vehicle and am wanting to know if once you program your vehicle is this the only time you will be able to program this or can you go back and make changes over and over again to this one vehicle without having to buy more credits ??

Once you license the vehicle's pcm you'll never need to license it again.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I have another question if anyone could help me on -
I have i computer that I got with a ls1 and it has already had all the changes made to it with hp tuners so my question is will I still have to use credits to make any changes or is this open and licensed now for anyone with hp tuners to modify ?

You would need to license it on your interface
