Why is this site so slow on a PC?

On any PC I use be it a multitude of laptops or my 4.5ghz SSD equipped i5 2500k, no matter what browser I use, Hptuners.com is slow as hell.

On my Mac, any browser I use, this site is fast as hell. What gives?

Weird. It's always very slow to load. No matter if I'm at home, on my phone, or at work.
