You may want to post a little more info. What happened prior to this. Where you changing anything in the tune? Does it do it only at WOT or part throttle too. Any recent shift kit? Kind of give us a history of whats going on, and what has been changed from stock.
What happens if you flash the stock tune back in does it shift? At least that would tell us if its tune related or mechanical.
One thing you want to match is your part throttle 100% shift speed MPH to match your WOT shift speed MPH. Yours do not match, this can cause the computer to not know what to do, and may be the source of your problem (if wot is the issue). Also note that at WOT, the computer must see both the MPH and RPM in order to shift. Since you didnt specify whether issue is WOT only, I thought I would mention this too. G/L, hope that helps.
