4L80E after relay LOCKS IN second?

Guys I have a 4L80E trans, with a 4L80E harness with a Segment swap for a 4L60E. I did the relay mod to keep TCC, I didn't have to move any pins from what I could tell, just mod Pin B, and do ground and power. I have a short log of what its doing, it locks in second and stays locked in that gear and in 3rd and 4th, then it doesnt want to unlock till im almost at a stop.
When second gear is applied the converter locks immediatly, it doesn't unlock till it downshifts back to first.

Your 4L60E tuned pcm is thinking it is controling the 3-2 solenoid in the 4L60E but in your case that is wired to the TC PWM solenoid in the 4L80E. You will need to move the wire at the pcm to the TC control.
