    Procharged Z06 Help please

Hi everyone, hopefully someone can help shed some light on this for me.
    2011 Z06 Z07 option.
    Procharger w/ D1SC and 5.00" pulley for 5psi
    B&B headers w/ highflow Cats.
Injectors I found out are 65lb FAST ( and see they are not good from searching on here)
I have the PE set down to 11.2:1 and have the MAF scaled to less than 3% error around town and highways cruise. Driveability is like stock.

I am attaching the present tune. I can also say I do not know how the car ran previously to this install, but was told it dynoed 470 rwhp on a Mustang dyno.

The car has been previously tuned NA by another source and is now brought to me with a procharger installed.

My problem is this, stab the throttle and it cuts out, lean into it and no problem. Not sure what I am missing.
Second, no matter how much I throw at the MAF for fueling I am going lean! Drops down to 12.0:1 then bam climbs to 16:1 in a second. I am including the tune and any help would be appreciated.

This is my first Boosted LS7 and maybe I am missing something glaringly obvious. I have tuned boosted cars and now????

Okay, Now I have codes P 0101 and P0121, I was under the impression that VE tables do not need to be done on the LS7, apparently that is wrong? So, do I need to do a virtual VE table to adjust so the MAF and calculated air flow match approx?

How bout posting a log of it doing it's thing. Could be a few different reasons for it going lean.

As far as the VE needing tuned, as much as I prefer SD tuning, you can make this thing run on MAF only. VE tuning (or lack of in this case) is not the cause of it going lean.

Here is a rather long log of making my way out. Does not show the cutting out but shows it going lean.

Your MAF numbers are pretty high. The PCM migh be freaking out, and not setting a code because the tests are disabled.

I would plug in the original MAF table, then scale the MAF and IFR and start dialing it in again.

At one point in the log, it just looked like the MAF wasn't dialed in. At another pont (frame 6545) there's a nasty step in the airflow, timing, injector and A/F. The MAF Hz doesn't step, just the airflow numbers, which leads me to believe there's something wrong in the calcs or the computer just kinda freaks out.

Haven't seen the log, but if it isn't in pure MAF mode and doesn't have the VE tuned, it'll lean out until 4000rpm.

your dymanic Airflow Disable RPM should be changed ,,

how many boost are you running
because your map says in the scanner
118 KPA means almost 2 psi to 3
    this is in frame 6550
if i were in your shoes
    i would throu more Fuel
and i would check the fuel pressure ,,
your fuel pressure might be Dropping

1st thing to do ,, add some fuel

add like 20% fuel on your maf and have a look

Hey guys thanks for the responses,
Okay, rescaled the FAST 65lb injectors.
Went back to stock MAF table to start work on.

Same problems as before, now I have a log of it cutting out on me when going WOT.
I have added fuel and same thing, as soon as I add fuel to the MAF it starts to cut out. So I think as Dstek said I must not be in Full MAF mode as I get codes for the MAF and TPS when this happens.
what am I missing to go into full maf mode??
Dynamic is set at 2200 and 2100 respectively, Do I need to put this from 100 and 99?
Do I need to change the VE correction factor to 1 or 0?

The data logs are procharg4 shows the cutting out at frame 1210 and on. After adding fuel
procharg3 shows the leaning out at frame 824 before adding fuel.

    Thanks for the help.
Procharger is D1SC w/ 5" pulley, supposed to be 5-6 psi
Car has 1700KM on it. Checked fuel pressure and it is 60 psi on mech. gauge and does not drop.

Edit: Okay, trying to build a virtual VE table to start but not sure how it works on the LS7, see tables for LS1 and LS2 etc.

That tune has some funky stuff in it for a forced induction build. Fuel cut enabled? COT enabled? PE enrichment 15 kpa?

IMOP start over with a stock tune. Get rid of those injectors and get some SD 60's and input the correct data. Ive seen a situation like this before from bad injector tables.

Okay, the SD 60's are ordered, I missed the pe enrichment (my bad), as I said the car was tuned before I got it. So, I am going to start from scratch once the injectors are here.

Update, SD60 injectors put in, made no WOT diff but runs a little cleaner. Found the 2010 and 2011 ecu still references the MAP causing the problem.
I was under the impression you guys were modifying VE tables before actually logging differences to tune the VE to allow WOT runs. My bad. Went back to what works.
6psi 636whp on the mustang dyno.
