My question is, can this VCM be licensed again. It has already been licensed by me once before. It is the second one in the list.
If you notice on the bottom of the page I have the vin to my truck but the VCM ID is all Y’s and the BCC code is question marks. It was suggested that I get the VCM flashed at a dealer after locking up while tuning and this is were it ended up. Which also eliminated my license.
I put the VCM back in my truck recently and did a read entire. At the end it asked if I would like to License it. My question is will it let me with the VCM -ID and BCC the way it is. I don't want to throw another hundred into this if it's not going to work. I don't know if ether of those play a roll in the license.
