what am i missing?

been trying to tune VE table in SD mode. i get the VE table close, AFR at 800rpm (idle) 14.5-14.7 and AFR around that same range or a little richer up to around 3000rpm. then i turn closed loop back on, re-enable and clear fuel trims then my AFR jumps back over 15.3-15.7.. way too lean, what am i missing?

its a 2000 chevrolet camaro z28 5.7L LS1
all stock except for LS1 Hotcam and LS6 valve springs.. no cats, rear o2's Deleted.. Tuning with AEM Wideband and MPVI Pro V. 2.23
Hydraulic Roller, Duration at .050 in. 219/228, Lift .525/.525, 112 lobe separation

if you haven´t already try unplug your MAF sensor while your logging i see you have it set fail at 0 but i always have to unplug mine
