I'm doing that in my Corvette but I didn't do anything special to the tune.
1971 Corvette-LS3 swap with custom cam. Stainless headers and sheet metal intake built by the owner. 442rwhp.
2007 STS-V-Billet Precision 67mm turbo swap. 563rwhp@15psi.
1991 Camaro-6.0 swap with LS6 heads and custom cam. Headers and other swap bits fabricated by myself (wife's car)
TimC Im just looking for what to do with the transmission tables to make it work. The rest of the tune will remain stock for now. The computer im using is from a 2002 lq4/4l80e where the engine came from. Thanks Jaime

You don't have to do anything. Mine's a 2001 lq4 computer. You'll want a speed sensor though. Dakota Digital makes one that screws on to the speedo cable outlet. The speedo cable screws to it so you still have a speedometer.

Im sure a bunch of ses code will show up. Im going to try the sensor from Jags that run. Not real clear on how the 4l80e auto tune wont affect driving with the manual 4 speed.

If you're using a muncie, there are no transmission tables to modify. Just disable the DTC's which pop.
If you flash the PCM with a manual tune it will work better and almost no DTC condes to disable.
