4l80 no 2-3 wot shift

Im tuning a 2005 silverdado, 6.0 with a maggie. Before supercharger truck would shift ok. Now with the supercharger it doesnt shift 2-3 at wot. All part throttle is OK, fluid is ok and not black or with metal, trans temp never goes above 200F.

If I shift manually before 5000 rpm it would shift 2-3 at wot, past that RPM it wont shif.
If you are goinf WOT and back up on the throttle to 70% it would shift to third.
I tried commanding 5000 shift on 2-3 it wount shift.

Could you tell me what parameter to scan so I can tell my client that the problems is the tranny and not the tune, thanks beforehand for your help.

use this file to compare to your file, copy the trans differences to your file, it should shift fine if you make those changes, try it and report back, good luck
