I have a 2004 duramax that i tuned about two months ago. Now i need to turn the tune down so i can tow with it but it keeps telling me that it is not licensed and i have to apply two new credits to it. I tried a full read and copying over changes and it doesnt work.

I have a similar problem I emailed support but have not heard anything from them. Even if the issue has not been corrected it would be nice to get an email stating that they are working on the problem.
