Trans Adapt Greyed Out VCM Scanner

I am new to using this program so please be gentle. I am working on a 1999
Chevrolet Suburban 4x4 with a 4L60E. Transmission recently rebuilt, stall converter..etc. I would like to reset the TAPS with the VCM Scanner but this function is grayed out.

How can I access this function? Do I need to enable a setting in the program so it is available?

Any help would be appreciated.

I got a response from Bill@hptuners, apparently this function is not available for my 1999 suburban. Will have to probably use a Tech 2 to have the TAPs reset.
