How to download the original program GM ( on the Impala SS 2004 )

    Hi,

I have a question, when i open the VCM Editor, i'm going ( just for example ) to the "Transmission" section.

I select "Shift Pressure" and i have a table, and i look the horizontal part in Nm ( Newton meter, or Lb-Ft if you like ).

    In my case, my car ( 3.8 supercharged serie 2 ) in announced ( torque max ) for 280 Lb-Ft original ( 280 Lb-Ft in Nm = about 380 Nm ).

The table begins to 0 until 868 Nm and i know that this table is for a large application for several vehicle who do not have the same values.

So my question is, why i have another pressure values in PSI over 380 Nm ( 280 Lb-Ft ) while my car designed for max torque 380 Nm ( 280 Lb-Ft ) ?

I don't remember what is the original values of my car, i know that GM has but it's not very important, it's just to know...

    Thanks !

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
