Need Help w/ E85 AFR to Lambda

I have an AEM E85 wide band gauge kit on my engine using a 411 PCM. I want to convert to lambda and the instructions show a transfer function as follows:

AFR = 1.567 * (V) + 4.825

This is further explained as:

0.5vdc at 5.6:1 afr E85 to 4.5vdc ar 11.9:1 afr E85

I need help to set up my EIO to read this as lambda and I need to set up PID's for my scanner to display: lambda, lambda commanded, lambda % error and maybe even a histogram for lambda % error so that I can paste special to the VE chart.
