    You got it! I never thought to eliminate piston protection. I think that may have been it. The a/f is pretty close. Here's the scan.

    Laser racer has the right idea with that tune, the enrichment rate (in the fuel tables, PE tab) is causing your problem. With it as low as it is in the stock tune, it takes forever for the computer to command your PE A/F

    Yeah, that makes sense. Do you guys think GM did this to try to save fuel since its the XFE model?
