    Checksum Err while reading VCM

While reading a 1999 Camaro PCM in an Engine Swap was stopped by a VCM Read Failed at loc: 6000 Err: Checksum.

    Anyone see this before?

Is there anything I should do before I attempt loading a new file?

    I attached a screenshot.

    Thanks

If i were you, I'd use a stock tune with same OS as yours, license it and write entire to start over.
Who knows what issues your current tune may have and tuning around them isn't a good idea.

Try reading in low speed (uncheck the high speed box) Had a similar issue on a 2000 C5 before.

Ive had this problem before but i wasnt using HPT. It was a program i use for work called RocLink800. It would only happen when I had the power inverter hooked up to charge my laptop in my truck. Are you by chance using a power inverter?
