    remove trouble code

    I need a check engine light removed on a duramax. Some minor issue with wastegate valve. Do I have to spend credits to just remove and modify a trouble code?

    Try 13 or 17 before disabled. I am guessing that disabled prevents any code from showing up while 13 or 17 just keep it from triggering the SES light.

    Being an ex Gm service manager and drivability tech I am surprised a manager would do this.

    Hopefully customer is aware as this a site spidered by google.

    I have seen similar problems arise.
