    Yes but they are not 100%. 0* overlap by valve starts at specific values mention in previous post on the forum.

    ahh i see so can we even take it to that extent of 0* over lap?

    Yes with intake positive 10 and exhaust -6 iirc the cams are in seperation or neg overlap.

    That is best reserved for idle only since it doesn't really make power, and uses less fuel
