problem with stability control

I have a 2013 GMC Sierra 4x4, apparently came with stability control, so I can not accelerate and brake at the same time (are lowered and tends rpm off the more accelerated) to run the truck in 4x4 low ... know if the stability control can be unlocked or any tip to run in 4x4 low ... my file attachment comes with a comp cams 5444, double springs and pushrod 7400 ....
