Wiring LC1 into '97 Corvette NOT using A/C switch or Pro EIO box?

    Hey guys,

Right now, my 1997 Corvette is using the A/C Pressure Switch as the LC1 wideband signal wire, but it's HOT outside and I need to do some logging and A/C would be nice to have while doing so! I know the '97 Corvette doesn't have an EGR system, but I read this post (shown below) on Corvette Forums and am now questioning if I can wire in the Innovate LC1 wideband using Pin 9 on the PCM:

Just need to add the wire in at the pcm plug and enable egr in the tune. Then set up your custom pids. Tuning in extreme heat usually gets you no where though.....
