Anyone have a HP Tuner in NC that can disable DOD

Looking for someone in the North Carolina area that can completely disable/turn off my displacement on demand (DOD) feature on my 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP 5.3 LS4.

Anyone close in the NC area that has this capability? I will obvisiously pay any credit costs and service fee for your troubles/effort and would be willing to bring the car to you.
