Tuning 4l60e with a stall

Hey everybody . I got some questions about tuning the tranny in my 96 firebird 3.8 v6. The tranny has a 3000 stall and a shift kit along with other stuff. But my problem is it shifts slow 2-3 . How do I tune the tranny to shift quicker? Also wut do I change since I added a stall ? Thank in advance
