Reading/Logging GM Serial Data

Can the HPTuners data logger read/log the raw class 2 serial data?

I'm working with some guys on a swap and we would like to get the raw serial data from the GM ECU, convert it, and use it to drive factory (BMW) guages.

We have already worked out the BMW CANBus side.
