I have a conversion car that the customer races the mile in, and I can seem to get it to shift into 6th gear at wot no matter what i do. The engine and trans came out of a 09 caddy escalade. Any ideas?

seems like no matter what i do it will down shift at 120mph if i try to roll into it.

Your 6-5 downshift speed is higher than the 5-6 upshift speed. Anytime you go wot in 6th below your set 255 it will down shift.
