I'm not sure, but I let my wife borrow my laptop so she could do some work. Hers is not working. I think that the first time I tried it was interrupted with a Lenovo idea note(pop up this is how to work your computer thingy) they only happen after the computer is connected to the internet. I don't let my hp tuners laptop on the internet, but she did. I noticed on had popped up after the first attempt to write entire. Last night I deleted the whole Lenovo idea program so I hope it doesn't happen again. I will never let her touch my baby's laptop again. I should have known better when hers wasn't working.
