Please include a VCM Suite Info log to expedite the process.
1. Open VCM Flash (while connected to vehicle)
2. Help menu
3. VCM Suite Info
4. Get Info
5. Save Info
6. attach the log file to your email
7. Attach any other files or information an error maessage asks for
8. Type or attach anything you think will help us determine the nature of the problem.
