Colorado weird half shift / TCC hickup @ 17-22MPH

Got a weird deal I cant make sense of

    5.3 Colordo , Magnacharger , Doug's TriY headers

Tune and combo is over a year old and worked great. *pre trans mods *

Customer had the 4L6o style trans built buy a known good builder
added in a mild stall Edge Racing small body torque converter to the mix

    Symptom

has an additionl shift / hickup at light throttle @ 17-22 mph in 2nd gear
in the data logger shows the TCC going into "Release Delay / FS"
Despite the minimum lockup speed is set to 42 MPH

Tune file, datalog, and config file attached
    Datalog shows issue at 3:01
I'll take any help I can get

Did more work on this thing.

if the 1-2 shift occors @ 13-21 MPH
it 100% definatly drags the TCC for just a quick .5 seconds

if the 1-2 shift is less than 13 or more than 21
the TCC does not come on

keep in mind I have all the TCC enable set at 318MPH across the table!

when commanding / forcing the TCC / OFF in VCM controls
a 13-21 MPH 1-2 shift will not drag the converter

anyone have any insight to this?

    no one else huh

well seems like 36%insh TPS 1-2 shift at anything under 20 MPH
....Makes the TCC come on for a brief moment in 2nd gear...

Have you tried to set the shift speed about 2 to 3 mph from one tps to the next. Some thing like this.

ok i've added 3 new PIDs to the scanner for this TCM OS only:
    - TCC Off Reason 1
    - TCC Off Reason 2
    - TCC Ramp Off Reason

The values logged will just be numbers so they won't make any sense to you so please email a log to support. Hopefully they will give me some extra info about what's going on here.

you need 2.23.851 or later (available tomorrow).

thank you thank you HPT Service for your hard work!
the issue is and was resolved by a bin file tweak via HPT service!

    Chris...

I have a 2008 saab 9-7x that is doing the same thing!!! Can't figure it out for the life of me. Mine seems to be most likely when I am in 3rd gear under light throttle and I didn't come to a complete stop. Has there been any other developments with this problem? Anyone else experience it?
I have the same TCM OS as the TBSS don't I? I'm surprised its not a more common problem.

    Chris...
    Back from the grave...

I have a 2011 V8 Colorado and I too am experiencing this same issue. OP mentioned a bin file tweak to fix. How do I go about this process?

I know of 1 other tuner that is also running into this issue with another V8 Colorado. Both after transmission builds.
