    problems with ign cycle

    anyone have any problems with the ign cycle timing out?

    I've only ever seen issues on vehicles we don't support.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    It does flash but it takes a lot of tries and it read it out correctly with no issues. it is a 05 mustang

    i see often with the ford trucks, some times i just reboot the laptop and it takes right away (windows 7) im not on the latest beta buy fairly new (laptop not with me at work)

    Ford trucks need a very good battery voltage to flash without problems

    I have seen problems on my car as well, 2006 Mustang.

    It seems like it's going to work, gets about 70% finished writing, and then fails.

    After that I get ignition cycle problems for at least the next 4-5 tries. It ends up working eventually, but it takes a lot of tries.

    EDIT: It seems if I drive the car for a good 15 minutes before flashing, to make sure the battery voltage is high, I don't have any problems.
