2012 V6 camaro 4 credits?

Ok, Hooked up the laptop to a customers 2012 V6 camaro and its asking for 4 credits. Is this true? 4 credits to tune a 2012 V6??

It falls under the Alloytech V6 grouping so should follow similar licensing ie 4/12, doesn't look like we've added it to the supported vehicles list yet though.

Try reading your 2013 with the newest beta 2.23.8xx or newer

it took me 4 credits to do a buddys 69 firebird today with an 02 firebird ecu. Whats up with that?

Won’t read it, we had a customer test and it appears they are using a slightly different pcm than the 2012’s.

Yeah 2012's use an E39 pcm, 2013's use an E39A, don't ask me what the difference is, all I can say is with the same bootloader the 2013's won't read out. We're going to source a couple of the E39A pcm's so we can do some internal testing and change the read loaders as needed.
