Help! 2012 Camaro w/E39 driving me insane!

Hey guys, I've read and re-read the E79/39 help file to no avail.

I'm still fighting limited throttle opening at Park/Neutral/Drive regardless of upping (maxing out the 100% column) on the driver demand torque tables. I can tell my changes make a difference for part throttle bumps because less throttle input is required to make the TB hit its cap. I have maxxed all the torque tables I can find but still the throttle will stay around 65% TPS till about 4500 rpm, but then it'll jump to 84% and hold it all the way through its shift points.

Because the car is N/A I did not mess with the turbo/SC tables, although I did try changing the cutoff types to ever my different combination I could think of, still to no avail. Raising the Peak Torque values made the AFR go nuts, so I put it back to stock. Does anyone else have any suggestions? Thank you.

post tune and log of the various torque PIDs described in the E78 tuning guide in the help files.

Also, the AFR goes nuts (ie. lean) becuase when you raise the peak torque numbers to very high numbers the PE enable torque % is not reached. The PE ENable Torque % is a percentage of the current desired torque to the peak torque.

SO increase the peak torque numbers by say 10 or 20% and then reduce the PE enable torque by a bit if you aren't getting PE.

Yo Chris, thanks for chiming in.

Here's the tune and log. On a side note, PE is coming in right when I want it with the current tune.

Uh, no not handy because my dumbass started over-writing the base file for the car. BUT I can grab one out of the repository real quick.

I found a stock one in the repository. Try setting all the torque related cals back to stock and changing them one by one. I'd set the throttle max area back to 100% too

Will definitely give it a shot. Whatever change I made somewhere in there though cured the throttle closing above 6K RPM though, it is totally reliant on RPM instead of vehicle speed though.

can you make another log including these extra PIDs:
    - Predicted Eng Tq Src
    - ETC Position %
    - ETC Desired Position %
    - ETC Pedal Position %

Under Airflow -> Electronic Throttle, is there a Max % vs RPM table? Have you checked it? Sounds like its either that or just torque settings set goofy. I just managed to decipher an E78 that had similar issues with opening the throttle. It's flawless now, but man I will miss the simple stuff.

No, no such table like that. I set the rotation values to 200% of their Max. This cured the 6000rpm and up closing of the throttle but still no such luck on the low end.

On my E78 equipped Denali, I fought a similar issue with limited TB opening rates. Eventually disabling both Fast Torque Exit and Tip-In limit fixed that. This E39 though gives me no option to just "turn off" tip-in TM.

Don't max out the torque values for the Trans Output and Axle settings. I had issues with not reaching 100% throttle when these were maxed out. Bump them over stock, but don't get buck nasty.

Set the Max % Area vs. RPM to 100% instead of 200%.

The PE Enable Torque seems high. Try lowering that.

Dave, lowered the torque enable settings. Also the torque values for trans are set to Max from the factory.

sorry to be a pain, but can you please add ETC Source to the PIDs and make another log.

    This is a weird one.
