i don know what to do wht obd2 scan ?

i have bought obd II software ( obdwiz) from scantools .

it is ok to read the codes . but my problem is :

** i made my car tuned by HP tuners like fans and gears shift .

when i want to make reset the the codes it is appear like this by the obdwiz software :

Please note that clicking the clear codes button will reset the MIL and clear all emission-related diagnostic information including


· Diagnostic trouble codes
· Freeze frame data
· Oxygen sensor test data
· Status of system monitoring tests
· On-board monitoring test results
· Distance traveled with the MIL activated
· Engine run time with the MIL activated
· Number of warm-ups since DTCs cleared
· Distance traveled since DTCs cleared
· Time since DTCs cleared

the qousetion : if i make this command , does the old tune i will be lost ? or just make reset to the codes ??

Just codes and emission related diag information will be cleared.
