    Turbo LE5 2-bar

I'm working with a 2007 LE5 cobalt with ZZP's off the shelf S256 kit. The car has the 2 bar map sensor that comes with the kit, and we are working from the canned tune, but other modifications may have been made by the previous tuner.

My main concern is that his AEM boost gauge is seeing 7-9 psi. The problem is the MAP is seeing 190-195kpa with a baro reading of 99kpa. That's way more than 9 psi haha. He may have wastegate issues because it doesn't really hold steady, and the MAF reading gets pretty wavy in boost. Can someone take a look at the attached tune and see if the MAP calibration looks good for 2bar, or if anything else crazy jumps out. The idle MAP is around 30kpa which seems fine to me, and cruising around 50-70kpa which also seems fine.

Ryan, which version of HPTuners are you on? I can not open it.

The tune file opened fine for me on a beta version from about a month ago.

OP, the map sensor looks like it's scaled incorrectly. Try 205.00 for both your linears, and 4.55 for both offsets. That has always worked well for me.

I'm using the latest beta (i think).

Thanks for the replies. I've since come to find from the installer of this guy's car that it has the stock map sensor. That explains a lot lol.
