I have vcm suite serial A2148, previously upgraded to 1.3 and am trying to upgrade to 1.4. After the upgrade runs I try to run vcm editor and I get the message "vcm editor has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. It then gives me options to send an error report to microsoft or not to send. After I answer, vcm editor does not come up. I went back and reinstalled v1.3 and it works again. Am I doing something wrong?
