Don't know how to do what, program your VCM? There aren't any step by step instructions per say, it's a learning process. Learning to edit your VCM requires lots of reading and asking questions. There is a wealth of information in these forums, ls1tech.com forums, ls1tuning.com forums, etc...

I guess I missed that part of the help files, or don't have the current version. Mine don't tell me how to do things, it just tries to explain what the tables are in terms a newbie wouldn't understand. The help files are great, don't get me wrong, but they aren't geared towards the newbie tuner.

I tried to get a thread started down in the Basics forum to get the more knowledgeable people to explain what the various tables are and what modifying them will do in layman terms, but no one ventures that far down the forum page.

The help files give step by step instructions on the read/write process on the very first page.

Assuming he is talking about just reading and writing the VCM, those are excellent instructions. If he's talking about tuning refer to my first post.
