TCC unlocking on decel and slip

I am dealing with a 07 Avalanche, 5.3 243 heads, 224 cam, DOD delete, 4l60 trans and a 3200 stall. I am having problems keeping the converter locked and I also have TCC slip sometimes. The TCC will unlock every time I let off the throttle no matter what I do in the tune. I have zeroed out misfire counts, no TM, maxed this and that lol trying to get it to stay locked up. It will not only unlock on decel but it will slip under light throttle. I can lock manually in scanner and it holds perfect even on dyno. I am posting the tune file, config and log from the last outing.

    Thanks for any help
    Kris

Yoy're not doing anything wrong. The newer transmissions (99 and up I believe) will always do this. They will only remain locked if under a minimum load. Go downhill or let off the gas even a little, and it will unlock. Sorry, but it's not simply a matter of changing a value in the tune or enabling/disabling a mode or calculation.

I can live with the decel unlock but the TCC slip is going to kill the clutch.

It will slip several hundred RPM under light throttle to the point I'm seeing the tach move back and forth cruising at a steady speed. Lock it up in scanner and its LOCKED solid with no slip.

Not saying this is your problem but might be worth looking into http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=42108
And there is a way to keep the converter locked on some OS in the newer beta

I have 2.23.885 Beta. It should be the latest.

    Anyone else?

TCC will lock solid with scanner

TCC will slip on light accel but PWM shows to be 99%

Transgo shift kit going in to eliminate TCC PWM

I hope this will fix the issue and I would still like to know what is causing this for a future fix

Question whether TCC is applied during this "slip".
    A de-applied TCC will obviously slip like a non-lockup
but this hurts the clutch none. Stock clutch has a
high tolerance for slip. Aftermarket ones may or may
not. You might ask the converter vendor about how
much, how long, under how much load slip can be
    tolerated for your model.

TCC_Mode = unlocked during decel, or = locked?
