    Stand Alone Not working????

    I have a 2000 Camaro LS1
    VCM Suite 2.24

I hit the record button and the red error light comes on

I have read of past issues but, was under the impression that it would work with VCM Suite 2.24.

    Newbeee and not sure but,
I am thinking maybe it might be something with the fact it never loads VIN and ECM OS ID in the space listed near the write config button before I write config??????
I does seem to write config.
For what ever reason it has never shown the info up top but, will fill it in at the bottom area if I hit get info at the get log area.

Hope this makes since. Not sure what is going wrong............

    Thank You Steve

    Update………..
Just wanted to publically praise the support of HP Tuners and Bill.
I looked like an idiot but, he took his time to help me.
Stand alone data logging is working and recording.
    Thank You
    Steve

OK, I'll go down the idiot path as well. I am having the same issue and I am also a new user.

    Car 07 CTS-V VCM Suite 2.24.153

It appears to hang at the screen above. If I go to the car and disconnect the usb, crank the car, and hit the record button it goes to error immediately.

Likely just an issue with the config you loaded.

OK I deleted down to a single PID (engine RPM - see below). I realize this is likely an operator head space error but I am stumped. Any help would be appreciated. I hoped to get logging today so I can chase down a few problems. TIA

I am having the same error as sssnake, also on a 2007 ctsv.

sssnake, is there anything obvious I am missing?
