This is my friends 99 z28 6 speed car, he has PRC 2.5 heads and a Lunati cam around 228/234 duration (he thinks) the car is really rich at idle, and has a surging/bucking around 1400-1800 rpm. As far as the bucking goes, I had to drop my timing down in those areas to around 22*. I might even try a little lower as it still mildly bucks from time to time.
