4L80E Tune?

Ok so i have a 2000 LQ4 swapped 96 Tahoe and am planning a 80E swap soon. I have the trans it's a 96 4L80E out of a 1-ton that I was told was rebuilt about 10,000 miles ago. I'm not planning on doing any modifications to it, but the LQ4 was mated to a 80E originally and the PCM came with the engine. To make it work with my (right now no reverse) 60E I changed my transmission type accordingly. My question is to make the 80E work like the stock trans, would I just change the type back? Or is there anything else I would have to do? And is there maybe anything I can do in the tune portion that would gimme a little bit better performance? Then is there something I can put in a different tune for better MPG? Gear ratio and tire size have already been done, I'm just wondering if theres anything else I have to do or can do???
