I have been battling this for a few days an can seem to find the solution. I have a 2008 C6(cam, procharger) I am helping a buddy with and we installed a 3200 stall converter. On the dyno the car sounds like it is laboring through the pull. AFR is a solid 11.6 no knock, 10 lbs of boost, no cats but the hp is down and the headers are starting to glow mid way through the run. We have the car set not to lock the converter in 1-4, but lock in 5th and 6th at the suggestion of the manufacturer. Any thoughts on why it seems to be fighting the converter?
