I guess so. I should have looked at it before I posted it. Sorry. I'll do it again tonight. In words, at the bottom of the table display it says "ECM Used (Table):ECM Used (Bits): etc." So it' tell me what I'm using for "Bits" but not for "Table".

I have a feeling it might be your dpi settings but thats just a guess.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Go to Control Panel
Appearance and Themes
Display
Click on Appearance tab
Set the Font size to Normal
If this doesn't fix it, go to Themes tab and set the theme to Windows XP
