Histograms not saving?

The last two times I've used to scanner to log data, the histograms worked fine while running the scan, but what I save it and then look at it later there's no data in the histograms. As I scroll through the log I can see the correct columns and rows being highlighted but no data is filling in the locations? Any idea what is causing this? It only worked the first time I used it and ever since has been acting like this.

Mods please delete, I forgot I had posted about this a few months ago and missed the answer. I've got it working now.
