    TCC lock up issues

When ever the tcc mode reads apply enable I have tcc slip and can feel the shudder vibration coming through the car. This only happens in 4th gear light throttle between 60-80km/hr. If I pull the shifter back to 3rd it unlocks the converter and is fine. How do I get rid of this. Once the tcc mode reads locked it will hold 30% throttle no problem without the shudder. Using a 2000 Fbody OS and can provide logs/tune if needed.
